2.1 Bella Vaga products are made to order in limited, capacity-capped drops. We do not hold general stock in advance. Some styles may be restocked at our discretion in future drops; sold-out styles are not guaranteed to return.

2.2 Because items are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Estimated production and delivery timelines are shown on our FAQ page and on each product page; these are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates.

2.3 Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@bellavaga.co.uk if you need to amend or cancel an order.

3.1 Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us; we will confirm acceptance by email.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where a product can no longer be made within the confirmed drop capacity. If we cancel an accepted order, you will receive a full refund.

4.1 All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on our products. Prices may be displayed in your local currency based on your location for convenience; the amount charged will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at checkout.

4.2 For international orders, applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so the price you pay covers these costs and there should be no additional charges on delivery.

4.3 Payment is taken in full at the time of order via the payment methods available at checkout.

5.1 We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are indicated on our FAQ page and product pages; these are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.2 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has been received in full.

5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6.1 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

6.2 To start a return, contact us at hello@bellavaga.co.uk with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

6.3 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

6.4 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6.5 This section is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you are a UK consumer.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@bellavaga.co.uk with photos and your order number. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of Bella Vaga or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.

9.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, which cannot be excluded under law.

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
