02

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Order and account data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, order history, and payment confirmation (we do not store your full card details — these are handled by our payment processor).
  • Newsletter/marketing data: email address (and name, if provided), collected via our "keep in touch" signup on our landing page, or at checkout, if you opt in to receive marketing emails and brand updates.
  • Stock notification data: email address, collected on product pages when you ask to be notified that a sold-out size is available again. This is used only to send that one notification — it does not sign you up to marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
  • Communications data: information you provide when you contact us directly, e.g. by email.
  • Browsing and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions with our site, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

We share personal data with the following third parties, only as needed to run our business:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes order data.
  • Payment processors (via Shopify Payments/checkout) — to process your payment securely. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Couriers and delivery partners — to fulfil and ship your order.
  • Omnisend — our email marketing platform, used to send newsletters and order-related emails if you've opted in.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for advertising and to measure ad performance, via the Meta Pixel, if you consent to marketing cookies.
  • HMRC and other authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Make the site function correctly (essential cookies — always active)
  • Show you relevant ads via the Meta Pixel (advertising/marketing cookies)

You can manage or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in our website footer, or through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

06

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some of the third parties we use (including Meta) may transfer data outside the UK and European Economic Area, including to the United States. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent standard contractual clauses to ensure your data remains protected.

07

DATA RETENTION

We keep personal data only as long as necessary:

  • Order data is retained for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations (typically at least 6 years, in line with UK tax rules).
  • Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • We periodically review and delete data that is no longer needed.
08

YOUR RIGHTS

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Request a portable copy of your data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time (e.g. via the unsubscribe link in any email)

Our site and products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
